Maddison Springall is a fully registered Psychologist who completed her studies at both Deakin University and the Australian Catholic University. Her specialties include working with children, adolescents, adults, families and couples.

Maddison has a particular interest in working with children and adolescents experiencing anxiety (including generalised anxiety disorder, social anxiety, panic attacks and specific phobias), depression, self-harm, behavioural problems and school stress. Her adult areas of interest include anxiety, phobias, depression, personal and couples counselling, sport performance and alcohol and drug dependence. She is also experienced with working with clients diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder.

Maddison is passionate about raising awareness and breaking the stigma that surrounds mental health. She is committed to using evidence based treatments and empowering individuals so they have the confidence to enact positive change. Maddison is also passionate about prevention and advocates for addressing not only the presenting symptoms, but also any underlying issues driving these symptoms in order to minimise the risk of future relapse.

Maddison practices Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy and Mindfulness Based Therapy.
